I understand, my question is WHY does it continue to list "driver" updates that it then does not install? I didn't get a snip-it of the pending windows update notification from NOD32 because I thought for sure this time they would install, but next time I will. How do I force windows update to get me the driver updates that are pending for my computer? It has done this the last 2 update cycles, Keep in mind that the NOD32 windows update notification that lets me know about pending updates ONLY gets it's info from windows update itself, so the info cannot be mistaken. I run 'check for updates" it shows the computer up to date. However after windows automatically updates itself and I restart and go into the "windows" installed update list it doesn't show the intel drivers as being installed at all, only the regular windows updates that were listed in the NOD32 notice. BUT in my NOD 32 notice there is also listed several drivers I keep getting a notice from my NOD32 that windows needs to update, it lists all the usual updates, malicious software removal tool, windows 10 cumulative update, MS office updates and so on.
